Troubleshooting: systemd unit refuses to restart

Symptom: systemctl restart myservice does nothing, and systemctl status shows "start request repeated too quickly, refusing to start."

Cause: StartLimitIntervalSec/StartLimitBurst (defaults or unit-defined) throttling restarts after a crash loop.

systemctl show myservice -p StartLimitIntervalSec -p StartLimitBurst
systemctl reset-failed myservice   # only after you've fixed the root cause

Resetting the failure counter without fixing why it crashed just delays the same loop.
